To request account deletion, email us at mike@suansoft.com with the subject "Delete My Account." We'll process your request within 7 business days.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your recipes, meal plans, and account data are automatically synced to secure cloud storage. Your data is accessible from any device you sign in to.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you're still having trouble, please contact us with a description of the problem and your device type.
